Hire Rules & Policies

Please take note of the following hire terms:

  • The client is liable for any damages or losses to the trailer, including accidents, traffic fines and theft.
  • The customer will be liable for any additional costs for late returns.
  • Trailers must be loaded according to the licensed payload.
  • Harris Hires takes no responsibility in any form during the rental period.
  • Trailers are only available for rental within the Western Cape.
